We are now a little over 3 weeks into our month long facial hair extravaganza and the support from the Holy Cross community has been outstanding.  Through both monetary donations and the sale of MANuary T shirts, we have raised an outstanding $1753.81.  Our fundraising will continue until Mark and Matt's appearance on Fox25 on February 25th.  We hope to raise over $2000 for LOCKS OF LOVE.

As for the actual hair growth, things are getting pretty ridiculous here in Worcester.  The other day, while Matt was being served in Cross Roads, an on campus eatery, he noticed that the woman behind the counter was staring at him.  When he smiled at her she asked, “Is it just me or did you only shave half of your face?”  Similar situations have been reported by Mark and other MANuarians.  The guys use such questions as an opportunity to raise awareness about MANuary and LOCKS OF LOVE.
